Rental Type

The normal rate for our event space is $350 an hour for a minimum of 4 hours.
All amenities are required with event space rental.

Setup Time = The time allocated to decorating/setting up the venue before the actual event starts.
Event Time = The time your actual event happens.
Breakdown time = The time allocated to removing your decor, etc.

8 hour special includes 3 hours for setup, 4 hours for event time, and 1 hour for breakdown time.

The Following Are Required (and provided by us):

Security

Guest count up to 75 will require 1 security officer at $60 an hour. Guest count above 76 will require 2 security officers.

Valet

Minimum of 5 hours at $50 an hour/each. 2 valet good for up to 55 guests. Guest count higher than 56 will require 3 valet. Guest count higher than 76 will require 4 valet. Valet will arrive one hour earlier than event to setup. NOTE: We offer free parking for less than 20 vehicles.

Venue Manager

A manager is required for all rental options. The rate is $75 an hour. The venue manager is required for the whole entire rental time (setup time, event time, and breakdown time).

This service is required to deep clean, sanitize, and hot steam the furniture the next day.

Event Insurance

This protects the person having the event, vendors, workers, and the building against any legal issues
