Rental Type

The normal rate for our event space is $350 an hour for a minimum of 4 hours.
All amenities are required with event space rental.

Setup Time = The time allocated to decorating/setting up the venue before the actual event starts.
Event Time = The time your actual event happens.
Breakdown time = The time allocated to removing your decor, etc.

8 hour special includes 3 hours for setup, 4 hours for event time, and 1 hour for breakdown time.

The Following Are Required (and provided by us):

Security

Minimum of 4 hours at $60.00 an hour. One security is good for up to 55 guests only. Any guests count higher than 55 will require two security officers at $60 an hour each.

Valet

Minimum of 5 hours at $70 an hour/each. 2 valet good for up to 55 guests. Guest count higher than 55 will require 3 valet at $70 an hour each. Valet will arrive one hour earlier than event to setup. NOTE: We offer free parking for less than 20 vehicles.

Valet Manager : $350

A valet manager is required for guest over 56

Venue Manager

A manager is required for all rental options. The rate is $75 an hour. The venue manager is required for the whole entire rental time (setup time, event time, and breakdown time).

On-Site Cleaning

Next-Day Cleaning : $350

This service is required to deep clean, sanitize, and hot steam the furniture the next day.

Event Insurance : $380

This protects the person having the event, vendors, workers, and the building against any legal issues
