Rental Type
The normal rate for our event space is $350 an hour for a minimum of 4 hours.
All amenities are required with event space rental.
Setup Time = The time allocated to decorating/setting up the venue before the actual event starts.
Event Time = The time your actual event happens.
Breakdown time = The time allocated to removing your decor, etc.
8 hour special includes 3 hours for setup, 4 hours for event time, and 1 hour for breakdown time.

Security
Guest count up to 55 will require 1 security officer at $60 an hour. Guest count above 55 will require 2 security officers.
Valet
Up to 55 guests will require 2 valet attendants at the rate of $650.00. Guest count up to 75 will require 3 valet attendants at the rate of $850.00. Guest count up to 150 will require 3 valet attendants and a valet manager at the rate of $1,100.00. Valet will arrive one hour earlier than the event time to set up.
Venue Manager
A manager is required for all rental options. The rate is $75 an hour. The venue manager is required for the whole entire rental time (setup time, event time, and breakdown time).
On-Site Cleaning
Next-Day Cleaning
This service is required to deep clean, sanitize, and hot steam the furniture the next day.
Event Insurance
This protects the person having the event, vendors, workers, and the building against any legal issues
Security
