1. Admission for Your Guestlist: Invite up to 55 guests, including vendors, to share in your remarkable event.

2. Generous Venue Timing: Utilize our venue space for a total of 7 hours, which includes 2 hours for setup, 4 hours for your event and 1 hour breakdown.

3. Vendor Flexibility: We welcome specific vendors for prepackage catering, backdrops, ballons, marquee letters, and 360 photo booths.

4. Traffic Control / Valet: Our team will manage parking for all your guests.

5. Bartending Services: Professional bartenders and barback service for 4 hours to keep your event lively.

6. Event Management: Our dedicated venue manager / managers will ensure smooth proceedings.

7. Security: For events with over 56 guests, security will be provided.

8. Insurance Policy: We’ve got you covered with our included insurance policy.

9. Onsite Cleaning Services: Will keep your event looking good.

10. Next-day Cleaning: Rest easy after your event- we’ll handle the cleanup.

This offer, valid for events scheduled from May through October. Does not include gratuity and sales tax. It’s subject to availability and may change or be canceled without prior notice. Consultation is necessary for heavy decorations or floor plan changes. Additional charges will apply for extra setup meetings or furniture rearrangement. This package is non-refundable, but is transferable.
