For a flat rate of $2500, enjoy comprehensive event solutions that cater to all your needs:
1. Admission for Your Guestlist: Invite up to 55 guests, including vendors, to share in your remarkable event.
2. Generous Venue Timing: Utilize our venue space for a total of 6 hours, which includes 2 hours for setup, 3 hours for your event, and 1 hour for breakdown.
3. Vendor Flexibility: We welcome specific vendors for prepackaged catering, backdrops, balloons, marquee letters, and small or 360 photo booths.
4. Traffic Control: Our team will manage traffic for up to 20 vehicles (additional charges apply beyond this limit).
5. Bartending Services: A professional bartender and bar back service for 3 hours to keep your event lively.
6. Event Management: Our dedicated venue manager will ensure smooth proceedings.
7. Insurance Policy: We’ve got you covered with our included insurance policy.
8. Next-Day Cleaning Services: Rest easy after your event – we’ll handle the cleanup.
Terms and Conditions:
This offer, valid for events scheduled from Monday through Thursday, from May to October 2023, doesn’t include gratuity. It’s subject to availability and may change or be canceled without prior notice. Consultation is necessary for heavy decorations or floor plan changes. Additional charges will apply for extra setup meetings or furniture rearrangement. This package is non-refundable but is transferable.
